Built-in assays come from the diagnostics target table (read-only). Add a custom assay here, or override a built-in one by entering the same number. Numbers are canonicalised (M3 → M03). The qPCR importer matches Target Names against this list.

Primers and probe. The gene and exon are read out of the name (NSD1_E06_Rev → NSD1 · E06), which is also how the amplicon is derived when you leave it empty. Sequences are shown here and in the tracker, never on the printed Befund.
